This is not an infomercial!  Just a personal testimony.

Discomfort can be Motivating

      It appears that most of us have to learn the hard way… we have to suffer and get so uncomfortable that we are driven by that discomfort to make the necessary changes.  When we raise our consciousness we pick up on the subtle discomforts which inspire us to shift; as opposed to waiting for a tragedy before we listen and make a move.
